- 10 years of experience as a lawyer and founder of a law firm based in Frankfurt am Main/Germany; after that 10 years of experience in the biotechnical vaccine industry;
- Very experienced in setting up and managing internal legal matters and contracts (such as license agreements, cooperation agreements, EU-Grant applications, consortium agreements and approvals of pharmaceutical products);
- with an extensive network within the biotechnology and vaccine industry;
- founding and managing direct subsidiaries in Europe;
- Extensive market knowledge and excellent relationships with key players in the vaccine industry;
- Established in working with international start up organizations as well as corporate organizations;
- Strong experience in launching new technologies;
- Experience in cooperation with Chinese pharmaceutical companies;
- Certified Drug Regulatory Affairs Manager;
- Qualified medical products lawyer.
